Delivery
Important Checks before ordering
Please make sure that the furniture you have ordered will fit into your home and the delivery vehicle can access your home. Points to look out for include awkward shaped passageways, lots of stairs, low doorways and dog leg stairs. It is also important to remember that the dimensions of the products shown on our website relate to the products , please allow for packaging in addition to these dimensions. Please also be aware, that if we cannot deliver to you and are unable to make arrangements to leave the furniture at a convenient place at your home, we will have to charge a re-stocking fee of 20% of the item value.
Some items are particularly heavy and may require special arrangements to be made for delivery to you. If you are purchasing an awkward shaped or heavy item, we will contact you to discuss delivery arrangments.
Measuring Furniture
It is your responsibility to measure accurately all doorways, ceiling heights and staircases to ensure that once delivered by us, that you can place your furniture in the room of your choice. If you are in ANY doubt about whether an item will fit in to your room then please call us on 01382 774646 where we will be happy to assist you.
Delivery Costs
Each product on our website has delivery charge information contained within the product information to assist you when making your purchase. If you are purchasing multiple items at any one time from our website, we may be able to reduce the cost of delivery. You can

Your Delivery Date
After your order is received, we will email or telephone to give you a guide as to when we expect the item to be available for delivery to you. If the item is in stock, we will do our best to get it to your destination as quickly as possible. As your delivery date approaches, we will contact you again by email or telephone to firm up the delivery arrangments.
Delivery Times
We realise that most people work during the week and it is sometimes difficult to arrange deliveries to suit. It might be that you can organise a family member, friend or neighbour to be at your home to accept delivery.
