Once we have received your order, we want you to have it as soon as possible.
When in stock, goods will normally be dispatched within 48 hours. If an item is out of stock, this will usually be noted on the relevant page of the website. Orders received over the weekend will be processed at the start of the following week.
Free Postage within UK
If your order is urgent and you require next day delivery, please contact us for postage details and additional charges. Next day orders must be placed before 10am.
If you are not going to be in when your goods are delivered, please give us clear instructions about where we can leave your parcel. Some goods may require a signature.
Please advise us if your order is needed by a specific date so that we can meet your requirements.
Returns
We are sure that you will be completely thrilled with your purchase from Calico Brook but if, for any reason, you should decide not to keep it, our returns policy makes it easy for you to send it back to us.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt and the goods must be unused and returned to us in their original packaging.
Please include your name, address and order number with the goods you are returning, plus the reason for returning them, and obtain proof of postage. We will then refund you the original cost of your order plus, if your item is faulty, all the postage.
We regret we are not liable for returns which do not reach us, or are damaged when we get them back.
